Do you do islandwide delivery?

Yes we do, except to Jurong Island, Tuas, CBD areas ,Orchard area, Raffles, Marina, Changi Business Park, Sentosa and restricted areas in Singapore.

How many days in advance can i place an order?

You can choose up to 15 days in advance for delivery/self-collection with 2 days lead time for each order. We do not offer same-day delivery. However please give us a call to check if there’s any cakes available for same day collection.

Cut off timing for ordering

Orders to be made before 4pm for the next available date for delivery/collection.
For example, today is 1 Jan, order before 4pm, you can choose dates from 3 Jan onwards, up to 30 days in advance. Unless stated otherwise, some dates are not available as it is fully reserve or we’re close for that day. Appreciate your kind understanding. Do call us at 89228481 for enquiry

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is at $12.00 flat fee per location.
Delivery timings are strictly from 12pm-6pm

We don't allow picking of any time slots.
We are not able to guarantee that we can accommodate to any timing requests.

Please ensure someone is at home to receive the cakes as we do not do redelivery and cakes will not be returned to us once it’s out for delivery, for rescheduled delivery in case no one’s at home, there’ll be a charge for the redelivery as well as for the rebaking of the cakes.

Same - Day Delivery

We do not have same-day delivery service.
If there’s a need for a same-day delivery, it’s best for you to check on the availability on the product and arrange your own courier to pick up the items.

Where can i make a self-collection?

Self-collection will be at 1 West Coast Drive, NEWest #01-77 Singapore 128020.

If i had made multiple cakes in a single order, can i collect them on different days?

No, all orders cannot be split and all cakes from the same order have to be collected/delivered on the same day.

Will candles and knife be provided?

We do not provide and knifes and candles. We recommend our customers to use a Metal Knife to cut to ensure even cutting.
You may purchase the candles and other accessories from Cake Add Ons.

Operating Hours

Our operating hours for our Bakery & Cafe is from 12pm-6pm/ till sold out, whichever is earlier.
Tuesday-Sunday.
Close on Monday.
For Public Holiday, it will be 12pm-3pm.

What's the size of your cheesecakes?

We have 2 different whole cake sizes.
5inch – approx. 500grams can be cut into 4-6 slices.
7inch – approx. 900grams can be cut into 8-10 slices.

Are your cakes halal?

We are not a halal certified brand. However all ingredients used are muslim-friendly, all our ingredients are from halal certified supplier, like phoon huat, bake with yen etc.

And we do not allow any pork,lard and alcohol items in our baking kitchen.

How long can i keep the cake?

All our cakes are recommended to be consumed within 5 days in the chiller
(not in the freezer).
For durian products, we recommend to store up to 3 days, maximum.
How do we cut the cake?
We recommend to store in the freezer for 1-2 hours once you received the cakes to allow the cake to firm up a little for easier cutting.Otherwise please continue to keep in the fridge at least 2 hours before serving.

Do you provide cutting service for the cakes?

We have a cutting service under the Cake-Add Ons, which is chargeable at $5.00.

For safe food consumption, we do not cut it on the spot, if you require to cut the cake please purchase the service . (https://dirtycheesecake.sg/products/cake-cutting-serivce )

$5.00 cutting service includes, individual cake packing with plastic film.

This service is only available for 7inch whole cakes only. Which can serve 8 slices, packed individually.
